This module introduces you to practical communication skills and successful presentation skills. It will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to communicate at various levels more efficiently and successfully present information to multiple audiences.
Confidence and
Resilience
The aim of this module is to allow you to develop your understanding of self-confidence, its benefits in the workplace and the difference between assertive and aggressive behaviour.
Inclusion and Diversity in the Workplace
From recruitment to the clients you work with, it’s essential to understand, appreciate and see the benefits of embracing diversity in the workplace. This module will give you sufficient knowledge, skills and understanding to recognise and challenge prejudice and discrimination in the workplace.
Understanding and Developing Workplace Relationships
In this module, you will learn all about the concepts around working in a team and showcasing leadership in a working environment.
Employability Skills and CV Development
The final module looks at sharpening and enhancing additional elements, such as your CV and cover letter, when applying for roles. The module will increase your awareness of your own selling points and personal brand.
